No show or cancellation within 48 hours of stay - guest may be liable for full outstanding amount. No show or cancellation within 14 days, no refund. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days, 25% refund of deposit, 10% refund admin fee. Cancellation > than 30 days, 50% refund of deposit, 10% refund admin fee. Cancellation > than 60 days, full refund of deposit, 10% refund admin fee.

  • Rooms are serviced daily. Tea and coffee are also provided in the rooms.

  • We have a lovely entertainment area with comfortable sofas to take some time out. DSTV available.

  • Visit the swimming pool and private bar. For the comfort of guests we regret that NO SMOKING is allowed indoors.

  • Secure private parking is provided on the Villa property.

  • Braai facilities available; braai packs and wood can be provided by arrangement.

  • All rooms are wheel chair accessible.
